I installed the toolbar on my jomsocial website but when I try to clock the menu button(the three horizontal lines at the begin of the tool bar) nothing happens. Need to understand why and how I can solve it. Ps how do I make it stagnant even when I scroll down the page

please download and install newest version of module JS_Toolbar_Everywhere Version 4.1.6 and test it again

My issue is not solved even after downloading 4.1.6 . I can even see the three menu lines anymore
