I am sorry but there is now way to have the Toolbar Everywhere module when the toolbar is disable in the JS panel because my module need some libaries from it and it cannot work without it. 🙁

Is there a way (hack) to disable the toolbar in JomSocial in the php files? Which function function is responsible for this?

Why do you wan't to disable the original toolbar?
You can modify the code from my module than you have two toolbars on JS-Community sites. You can try to hide the second toolbar (the original from js) with a css hack so it was there but unvisible.

When I turn on the module together with the original menu JomSocial, the toolbar in module disappears.

OK ... then there is no way, because my module only show the original toolbar on other sites like it is.
Wy do you won't disable the original toolbar?
Is it the module position?
If so then they try to position the originaly with some css code to the right position
